Dension / Device Error Missing Answer for Notification 0x413
Dear all,
Has anybody experienced such problem with the Dension gateway 500. This message comes up after a while on the front screen. Music continues to play but would not allow to access the menu.
After switch off and quite some rest, it will restart as normal until suddenly this error message may appear again.
This happened with software 2.02. I upgraded to 2.08 and it still happens.
I am grateful for any advise.

Did you post/open a ticket at dension support?
I have not had that issue, my dension GW 500 was installed in Dec 2007.<ul><li><a href="http://support.dension.com">http://support.dension.com</a</li></ul>

Try navplus if you haven't yet
Also post at the A6C6 and A8D3 forum since they have MMI and many owners have dension GW 500.
