Default Apparently It's part of the Infotainment package for Cdn cars
So I called the Dealer and they said that I needed to purchase the Infotainment package on the Canadian cars in order to get the ability to control the Mileage, range, Odo 1&2 from the stalk of the car...Dumb. As if getting the premium package was not enough.

If you don't then my Dealer is giving me a line of BS.

Papaya is also in Cdn, I think... he might be able to give you another data point...
