Default Random statement about the Q7...

I friggin love this truck...stepping up from an A4, the Q7 simply outshines and exceeds any expections my wife and I had. It almost makes the month long, agonizing negotiations with our 'dealer' all worth it!

I'm about to make the same move, A4 to Q7, what kind of deal did you get, if you don't mind me asking? I even like your options list so your price is of much interest to me. Thanks and enjoy the ride.

in the end i paid approx 4K below sticker. the dealer of course said he 'lost' 200$ on the car. sure he did...other people on AW know exactly what the dealer invoice $ is on Q7's configured with specific pkgs. again, considering we put absolutely no $ down towards the cap reduction, $642/ month X 39 mths is a nice deal in our book. i hope others would concur. my only regret is not being able to get 20's in the deal.. but i'm working on that with hartmann wheels. good luck with the search. BTW, the lease loyalty $1500 expires in june i believe..

Default My wife and I have had the Q for a year and still love it. We have to battle to stay under the 15K

a year on the lease miles.

Default Just wanted to add my 2 cents.

I cannot imagine anyone being anything but impressed by the Q7. I purchased an RS4 after becoming a member of the Audi Family when I purchased the Q7 and I love driving the Q7 just as much as the RS4. Different for sure - but EQUALLY rewarding.

Blown away by these vehicles!!!!!!

Default Same here, but I waved the white flag on 15K

7 months this week. Over 11K on odometer. Probably be a touch over 15K by 12 months, don't you think?

Couple weeks ago took a trip. While loading luggage in the rear I noticed the rear shade for the first time, and used it for the 1200 mile trip. This was just minutes after installing the luggage cover and discovering what those clips in the front were for, and then noticing the molded seat belt restraints for the third row. So many nice touches.

Between the adaptive cruise control, side assist, NAV, Sirius, AMI, and better gas mileage now, this is a wonderful car for trips.

Default The spreadsheet gave you a mileage of 11397 for today

and a estimated 20,000 for the year. That was even before you made your post.

Default "This was the best purchase."

Says my wife. We also call it the happy car. There is a lot less crying and screaming from my two daughters than when they were riding in my allroad. And I thought I was good rowing the gears of the six speed. The Q7 is much more roomier and smoother. The girls like to choose between the "middle row" and the "way back".

Over the weekend we had a birthday party for my seven year old daughter. During an ABC game, the children were asked for a word that begins with the letter Q. My four year old yelled, "Q7!"

Default Are you able to tell me what I'll be having for dinner tomorrow night?

I decided to go out and look at the odometer. It appears 11397 occurred about 9 pm on 5/17/08. One slight tweak on your algorithm and I can quit logging mileage at each gas purchase and just have you compute them for me. While you're at it, how many more days until I need to replace my Continentals? You're quite the repository.
