Is the sunroof supposed to rattle when it is freezing outside?
Couple weeks ago, it was around +7F at night, and as it was being driven, I noticed that the sunroof was being noisy for a couple seconds, and then it stops. and then its again.

I have noticed this too, but
I took delivery on 12/29, so I don't have any warm weather experience. I have noticed a creaking sound when I go over rough bumps in the road; it sounds like it is coming from the roof area. Could it be the panoramic roof is not sealing tight in the cold weather. I will also have this checked at 5k service, but I'm only at 800 now. Please let me know what you discover on this issue. Thx

I've had the car through the heat and cold Canadian winter. The rattle (which I describe as more of a creak) comes from moisture that freezes at the front of the panorama window (when it is open, feel the "felt" seal and it will be wet). I found that when the weather warmed up, I wiped it with a rag and then when it froze up again, it was fine. I don't think that there's much that the dealer will do. The roof will not leak, so there's no worry there.
