VIM hack - 2015
Has anyone successfully enabled the video in motion functionality or VIM on a 2015 Q7? If so what route did you take to get this accomplished.
I'd like to set up phone mirroring on the display and this is a requirement so the screen will display after set speed.

Thank you for the response - I was optimistic that I could avoid paying 200 for the cable and software. Is this a requirement or do I have any other options? I'm in the Atlanta, GA area
I was able to enable VIM with Ross-Tech Vac Com by following the instructions in the link below.

Buy the cable as an investment. Read codes, change a host of other things. Well worth it.
Itherwise, go to the local sub-forum section for your area and there's probably a few guys nearby who have a cable and will meet up to help you out.

Error
I was able to enable VIM with Ross-Tech Vac Com by following the instructions in the link below.

I have tried this option several times, however it will not get passed the security code. New Code was generated and when you enter it, It comes up with an error. Any help is appreciated 2015 Audi Q7
