But if there's serious engine damage, I'd have to dig in there and take things apart...which I'm not equipped to do. The wiring I could deal with...gas gauges and such don't bother me, even the headlights I could figure out.
It's just...I need wheels, and I don't have a garage...so turning this beast into what I want it to be is going to take a little time space and patience, and I'm ill-equipped at the moment.

Having no garage, and relying on a 25 year old limited production car for basic transport is not a
good idea, no matter what the car. With these, you WILL need to work on it, no matter how nice the car, and you will likely need to wait for parts at one time or another.
Many of us have used them for daily drivers, but my guess is that almost everyone has had good backup transportation.
