Default How to inadvertantly **** off Dodge V10 Truck Drivers

So this AM I am driving to work coming over the railroad tracks on Dillon road the lane goes to 2 lanes at the intersection then goes right back down to 1 lane as you head in to Louisville.

So I am 1st in line in the left hand lane and this is typically a place where people daily try to screw everyone else by basically cutting in line on the right. Now I dont have a problem with this if you are driving a fast car and just want to get out ahead without making everyone slow down and let you merge in.
So up next me pulls a huge V10 Dodge gasoline engine truck. I say to myself..there is no way this guy can get in front of me IF he is 2WD (I am running Pirelli Studded Snows on my Mini) The light turns green and I just sort of roll off the line and accelerate as normal. Well I get out in front of him as expected and the lane is about to go back to 1 lane. Well not to be out done by a small car he accelerates up next to me on the ice and snow and starts to curse at me as if I did something wrong!! I somehow "ruined" his plan to out accelerate a car on ice and snow in RWD. I let him pass regardless. He then gets out in front of me and throws his hands up.

I gave him the one finger salute after that..bastard!

Guess he is just pissed that he is only getting 10 MPG (should be fun when gas hits $3.50 gal this Summer)

\Oh the joy of road rage
\\Not really

Default funny - on another note we need to get a northern corridor meet going!

There are a lot of forum members in Broomfield, Louisville, Westy. We should all get together for lunch in the future...

Default Hhhhhmmmmmm......odd how that pissed him off. The other day I was driving to work

just came out of the neighborhood heading to the hyw. to go to I-25. The road is 45 mph speed limit and a guy in a truck was going about 38 so by the time we got to the right/left turn I had caught him, going all of 45 myself.

He proceeds to slow way down as he gets in the left turn lane and I go into the right turn lane and give me the "man, you're an *******" look and throws his hands up at me.

Totally cornfused me, wasn't sure what I did. Hopefully he got over it.

Road Rage FTL.

Default I know what you mean. Dude, I don't get some people sometimes...

their facial expressions extremely baffle me.

And now that I don't have an Ur, people can catch up to me easily and give me the stink eye to make me MORE confused.

What are they thinking ?

Default much agreed! A Louisville lunch sounds great. I'd LOVE to meet the guy in the Dark Blue 90...

I don't think they made 'em that color ever.

I work in the CTC right off Dillon rd. I hate that single lane part, so started going in the back way.

And oh ya...I love to **** off big trucks/suv's (hummers especially) by smoking them off the line in snow
