But they are for the C7 series RS7, not the C8 that you have.
The C8 RS7 is radically different from the previous model in terms of wheels/tyres/offsets. And this offset is wrong for the C8. You need to be somewhere around ET20 for the C8. I guess you could use big spacers, but they can result in vibration issues.
yeah - they "say" they will fit, and I don't want to run spacers.....
It should clear the brake calipers. I don't care as much about aesthetics on it (if it's a little narrower), but I think I just need to slap one on and see how it fits...

I doubt a 9" wide wheel with an offset of 35mm will clear the front calipers, but sometimes the only way to know is a test fit, so if you can return them all good.
Plan B could be to look out for some C8 RS6 wheels, as these are the same spec (not the case in C7 models), and plenty of people seem to have replaced their C8 RS6 OEM wheels with aftermarket so maybe some for sale? And maybe check the RS6 forum here to see what people have been doing for winter wheel options. The US only has a limited range of Euro sized winter tyres available, so that should inform the choice as well. Good luck.
