Those are on most of the '07s too. It was just the first few months of '07 that didn't have them.
I think the only difference between '07 & '08 is the availability of the Ti and Exclusive packages in '08.

There was a slight change in the instrument cluster, but no one can confirm from which prod date it
became effective.
There is a "1/2" numeric marker in the middle of the fuel gage, ditto for the coolant temps (vs. a bigger dash and no numeric symbol to designate the middle section on most RS4s).
I thought it was on early RS4s, but there are people with early RS4s that don't have the numeric markers, and people with late models that have it. Maybe it was different supplier or something???
If you look at the Euro RS4 brochure, you will see what I mean.
