Mine is at 79k. Runs so strong! Unlike most of you though, I have never truly experienced the 340 HP as I live at altitude 
This will be a problem only up until next week as I am having 303 Motorsports in Denver install my new PES Stage 1 Super Charger! So excited. I, like many of you, test drove a lot of cars including the new S4. I felt the 4.2 S4 was better in every way....so much so, I am investing in the PES system as I plan on keeping the car for years to come!
Be looking for an S4SC somewhere in the Rockies!!

99,800 miles strong and counting...
I've had no issues with my B6 S4 either. It still runs like a charm. I am running Pentosin Synthetic 5W40 right now. For about the first 70K or so, I was running Mobil 1 Synthetic 5W30. I'm in CA.
No issues with cam tensioners. Had serpentine belt replaced under normal maintenance. Spark plugs also changed under normal maintenance.
