A/C problems (inside)

So it seems that after getting my A/C recharged a few months back, something weird started happening. Today i set it to 69degrees and pressed the "auto" button expecting it to go to the max, BUT for some reason it went up half way only and wouldn't budge past that level. Despite this problem it was still nice and cold...
Anyone know what this could be?

So the fan only works on 1/2 speed? Can you make it go full speed manually?

no even manually i cant pass half, does it need to be recharged? or is it a mechanical problem?

sometimes i dont have the time to go through that (loaner, waiting, etc) besides it has been fixed.

Would this happen if the passenger cabin had already reached the temp that you set?

It only going to 1/2 manually might indicate something else--are you sure that you don't have another setting selected? I almost never touch anything on the climate fancier than the basic stuff, so I have no idea if one of the other buttons (econ??) could have changed things so that you only go to 1/2 full.
