Child window lock wont disengage...

Child window lock wont disengage...
The child window lock button on the drivers door is stuck in the up position. When i press it down it comes right back up and wont unlock the rear windows.
Do i need a new switch?
also would this be covered under my CPO? If so i will probably just wait until something bigger needs to be done on the car to get them to repair it under warranty.
