ESP? ......
Now I say part of it because the system still monitors you and when you use your <b>brakes</b>, like in an emergency manoeuvre, it will intervene <b>if it thinks you are loosing control</b>. All other systems that are under the ESP's control, Yaw sensor, steering wheel input and traction control (engine cut back) are <b>off line</b>. However the EDL, another traction control system is still on line and will remain active until above 50 mph.
If you want all these systems to be <b>completely off</B>, then pull the ABS fuse. You see, ESP is the brain that manages all these systems but the ABS is the heart of the system, no ABS, no ESP, no EDL, no traction control.
