Strategy for headlamp replacement

dealer is being lame about 'normal' condensation on my headlamps, it's covering the entire lens now, it used to be a small amount near the amber lights. Dealer performed the TSB of blowing hot air...

Have others been successful getting replacements from Audi?

Very sad to see a $50k car with such poor, essential components be so badly made.

my dealer removed both and "resealed" them, the condensation still returned

They replaced the one that I was having trouble with when the issue returned.

Since then, every now and then the one they didn't replace fogs up after a car wash or at the beach, but it goes away quickly.

park the car indoors overnight, it should stop the condensation.

i got the same lame answer from the dealer - "That is normal..."

you can also search for the $2 fix for it.

Both sides are foggin' up...

we had some heavy rain last weekend, first time that the condensation has covered the entire lens, it used to only be partially covered with condensation
