Anyone using the Borla Cat-Back system?

Anyone using the Borla Cat-Back system?
Was wondering if anyone has any info, reviews or first hand experience on the Borla system. Never seen them referred to when anyone talks exhaust for sound or performance.

I've never seen any posted say anything on here or any other forum. Realize that their exhaust system doesn't compete with the others on the market because it's just mufflers. I would recommend a miltek, apr, or awe system. I run a res. milted and it is very subtle until you get on it. Once you're on it it develops a nice rumble.

My son installed a Borla on his 2000 328Ci. His system is cat back, not just rear mufflers. I think it sounds perfect but he is not happy with it. Goes quiet on the highway meaning no drone whatsoever. He wanted something more aggressive that you can hear coming when you get on it.
Borla builds quality stuff but there are other vendors that are more Audi/S4 focused. I am still trying to decide on exhaust but am leaning toward Stasis.

No experience with Borla on my S4 but I had a borla exhaust on my E46 M3 and was very happy with it. Nice Borla burble at low RPM's sort of like and old sports car (before cats).

Also no Audi-Borla experience but I installed one on my RX-8 and it had just the right not too loud but deep tone. Borla is a well engineered high quality brand.
However, I too plan to go with the StaSIS exhaust near future to complement my tune.

I have to agree with the others about Borla,
they are expensive, but had a borla SS catback on a Lincoln LS v8 and it was TOP quality....
in fact, when I sold the car, I sold the borla to another ls owner and it looked brand new after 2 years... and sounded great !

I have looked at a few places for the Borla system as I have heard good things about them but not for the Audi cars.
WHen I see their listings it looks like they don't have a custom system for the S4 yet. So wanted to hear from the forum while I am deciding on when and if I change my system. To be honest it sounds good stock from inside the car.
And when I think about it I will rarely hear it outside the car unless I am outside the car and someone else is driving..that is not something I see happening anytime soon!

I've got a Borla on my 1998 Corvette. I've had it on that car for 12 years. It still looks brand new and the sound is amazing. Just the right amount of rumble/burble and when you get on it the sound is incredible. Every brand of car where I've heard a Borla the sound has been very nice.
As a side note...did you know all UPS delivery trucks...the big ones...use a Borla exhaust? True. It's part of their signature sound.
