Clutch

i wanted to know were i can find a more durable clutch for my 2010 audi s4 thank you

Theres no car making too much power for the stock clutch at this point. Why do you think you need a more durable clutch?

2nd to Hyper. The WTQ increase over stock is not that much with any tunes we have seen so far. Most of the WHP gains are on the upper RPM range and don't affect max WTQ very much. This is not like a turbo where you can get massive WTQ gains that force you into getting an upgraded clutch.

Disagree - my stock clutch is slipping when I drive the car hard.I don't think it will hold up for track usage so I bought a stock clutch and flywheel which I shipped to Clutchmasters.The stock flywheel right out of the Audi parts box was 20mm out of level which Clutchmasters machined completely level.They built me a new disc from a higher friction mtl. I rcvd the modded unit back on Tuesday and will install early next week. BTW I showed the factory service rep pics of the flywheel before machining and he was not surprised !!If you want a better clutch Clutchmasters is currently your only choice. My car has Stasis ECU,cold air and exhaust but I plan on headers etc in the future.

^^^Do you have the pictures of the flywheel and clutch? I'd like to see them.

I also somewhat agree that the OEM clutch might be a bit on the weak side. I've glazed my clutch a few times which I've never done with my other cars.
