Roll down window with remote
Did anyone see this article, it works for A4 but can't get it to work for my S4.

Yup. VAGCOM does the trick. One of the quicker mods to make and it gives control over the feature from the Car setup menu.
Where are you located? I expect someone here may be able to help you with the mod. If you are in Central MA or willing to drive nearby I would be happy to help.

My friggin 2006 Mazdaspeed 6 had the ability to do the windows with remote...why doesn't my 50k car have it 6 years later? This was an oops on Audi's part I think...our 2010 BMW does it too

My 2008 BMW 328xi did it also. I was kinda disappointed that it didnt do it on my S4. I will just have to buy the cable and make it work though.

I'm a huge fan of the Ross-Tech cable. If all you're going to do is this one change though, you may want to try getting help from an existing cable owner or ask your dealer or indy shop to help you out. It is expensive for just one change. If you want to play around with other settings and have a good tool in case of a check engine light or even log some live parameters, then definitely buy the geniune product and we'll help you use it. I've helped a few owners now with changes and error clearing/auto scans.
