What does Invoice Pricing include?
I had a deal for $1000 over invoice on my 2012 S4. Paid $500 deposit and had a contact stating $1000 over invoice.
I stopped by the dealer today and he said he wanted to write up the final contact.
Then he said he forgot to add Advertising and inspection for $543.00!
Am I getting screwed. If so should I contact Audi? Or should I walk away and order from another dealer.

Regional ad fees are included in the invoice price from the factory. As much bull$#!+ as they are for an S4, you aren't going to get sympathy from Audi because they are the ones charging them.
Inspection fees, doc fees, and all the other BS dealer profit padders are always added below the line.
Consider it a lesson learned. The dealer isn't doing anything unethical here. Lame that he didn't make them clear, but not unethical.
I'm assuning you're in the eastern US, because your ad fees are low. Just be glad you're not in the western US where your ad fees alone would be $900+.

RUN! DO NOT walk away. Please take the specs of the car you want and call the 4-5 closest Audi dealers and tell them you will order immediately if you get a really good price. Some dealers will bite, other will not. If you get 2 dealers to give you offers, play the one against the other. All done on the telephone. Be prepared to travel 1-1/2 hrs away to get a great deal if necessary. BTW, get your deposit back ASAP. ALL deposits are refundable. Get everything in writing and a $500 deposit protects YOU against the dealer reneging on what was agreed on. I also suggest that before you put down another deposit that you run it by the forum members to make sure you aren't getting screwed.

DO NOT AGREE. You have a contract and have given consideration in the form of a deposit. Basic contract law says the dealer owes you an S4 at the agreed upon price, and they're already sticking you for that $399 dealer conveyance fee which is a below-the-line nothing but profit fee.

edit nevermind...those are the invoice prices.
