when did you get your build date?
I ordered my S4 Feb 2nd and received my commission number the same day. I still haven't been assigned a build date. How long do most wait after ordering their car for a build date?

I ordered mine on 2/11 and a week later (when I stopped in) I had the build week of 5/16. No eta date but I'm sure around the first part of July. This was with Exclusive paint too for what it's worth on a possible delay.

Depends on whether your dealer has allocation or not. I ordered right before Xmas and it took 3 weeks to get a build date (next week! Fingers crossed). Lots of posts about the order process on the forums, so so some searching.

another custom color with a May build date...seems to be quite the trend around here...

I ordered on the last week of December '10, been through two commission numbers, and still no build date. FYI, I ordered an Audi Exclusive color. Also, the second commission number was for my salesman catching an exsisting order that was accepted into Audi's Factory Order Bank, and changing it to my specifications (props to him!). This was done in hopes to get my car here faster, but sadly, still no build date, VIN number, etc.

I ordered back in Dec 2010 and I was told the car was delayed. Today I get the phone call that she'll be coming end of next week. I'm excited and pondering what to do now... get winter rims and tires for less then a month or driving?? lol
