'18 prestige audi connect not working
Before I reach out or go to the dealer (ugh such a PITA to go), does anyone have any ideas? I have tried MMI reboot's and again I know the car has working cellular because I can sign in and out of the audi connect section with my username and password. Thanks in advance!
If this app is for vehicle services stuff (where's my car, checking the lock status, etc), then that's using 3G in a MY18, and there was a whole service action thing about disabling that (via software update to the J533 connected gateway) as it's a dead function as 3G gets turned off.
Motion for Audi is the replacement, which requires a trip to the dealer. It's primary function is different to the prior app
