Default Decisions, Decisions, Decisions....Please help

Can people please post recomendations for coil overs. I am trying to determine which set up to go with and there are so many choices. I am looking to firm up the suspension for spirited daily driving, most likely will not track the car and want to keep some level of comfort. I would like to drop the stance a little bit and I want the height adjustability for the harsh New England winters and to clear my stock wheels/winter tires. TIA

Default I'm really happy with my H&R Streets

They basically fit your description - not too tight (however not tight enough for serious tracking), easliy adjustible, and a good price.

All in all, a good overall package.

Default H&R streets (m)

Click my sig for an early write up I did. I have them at the highest setting, still lower than stock. I can not imagine wanting to lower the car any further for a daily driver, but of course to each his own. I'd go with a spring/shock combo if I had it to do over, since I have never used the height adjustable c/o's and that route would likely be less expensive.

They give a pretty nice ride. I'm accustomed to them now, but my initial impression wasn't as favorable since I was used to the smoother ride that the stock system had. The car is steadier, which is the best reason (I think) for upgrading the suspension.

At the highest setting, what are your heights F/R? (How much did it drop?) Thanks!

Default I don't have the numbers handy. If I go out later (m)

I'll take a tape measure and find out. I think it was lowered about an inch and a quarter. But that's a guess, it has been quite a while since I had the work done, and since I wasn't really interested in lowering the car at all I didn't pay much attention to the numbers.
