Default boost gauge users. after tapping into the vacuum line.. notice any performance decrease?

im afraid to install this defi boost gauge with the T connector and the boost tap because it seems it will definitely alter performance.

Default It won't. How do you think it will "definitely" alter performance?

All it does is tap into the line to measure vacuum.

well the hose becomes extended when you connect the T connector with an extra hose line

Default It's still the same vacuum though.

It won't affect any performance.

Default I was wondering the same thing ... there is extra "work" being performed to ....

work the guage. Perhaps the system compensates for this by providing extra vacuum.

Default Wel if you tap the FPR hose, then the "system" is manifold pressure.

Ultimately it's a pressurized system so any length added to the hose is going to decrease response time. Enough to make a difference? Probably not, just make sure you don't have any leaks when you're done because getting fuel is kinda important =)
