cheap ebay short shifters? any good?
Anyone have experiences with those cheap ebay short shifters for our cars? any good?
if a JHM cost $250 and a cheapo one costs $40 is there really a $210 difference in shifting? Or am i better off with a DTS + ebay ss.
I never realized JHM is only 30 min from me, wonder if they have any to try out.

Have to understand what your actually getting for your money.
Most of the kits out there just replace the actual "shifter" while the JHM replaces all of the OEM parts inside the shifter box.
Replacing the shifter and not the actual shifter base doesn't make the shifter more crisp or any better, it just makes it shorter.
This would be like replacing your wheels while still using the set of bald tires off your old wheels
If you talk to jason I am sure he might be willing to let you feel the shifter setup in his S4.
