Dashboard removal

I am wondering how to remove the dashboard on a b5 s4, in order to replace my old faded one. Thanks

there are a few screws to remove, but the dash comes out a lot easier than you would think. Try searching the tech-articles first for the procedure as it would be difficult to write it out from memory.

Protip: Don't try to pry off the inlaid trim, there are no screws or bolts underneath it, you'll only end up snapping it.
