Do you guys just put water in your washer fluid reservoir? or should i put rain-x? TIA

Default Put in washer fluid
It helps it from freezing (depending on where you are) and can help clean too. You can throw the rain-x that's designed for it in there too.

Default ??? Water freezes and doesn't clean very well.
They make a little something called windshield washer fluid. Oddly enough, it goes in the windshield washer reservoir.

Not only that, but water expands when it freezes and will FUBAR your washer pumps / lines.
