Friend in CT hit a curb, dealer says bent rim and also streched lugs which need to be rethreaded.

Friend in CT hit a curb, dealer says bent rim and also streched lugs which need to be rethreaded.
Anyone ever had this happen.
More details:
Slight curb rash on edge of rim, no damage to tire.
Control arms are fine.
Car only has a slight vibration at 75 MPH.
If it hit hard enough to stretch any of the threads on the lugs or hubs wouldn't there be at least 1 bent control arm or something??
