Yup, I'm one that DAP is talking about. It's the relay in the hazard switch - about $40, IIRC
Maybe you can pull it out yourself and hand it to someone to get a replacement for free, so they don't actually have to touch your car, but still get it under warranty.
When you have trouble getting it out, post back here - it's really not that bad once you do it once.

Looks like I have to remove the surrounding trim first. Any suggestions?
dscottjr posted a link above to buy it for $30. That's cheap enough to save the the aggravation of even going into the dealer.
