Maybe I'm a Philistine in so far as aesthetics but can anyone tell me what the appeal is
of the high waistline that Audi talks so glowingly about with regards to the new A4. It reminds me of the automotive equivalent of Grandpa with his pants line pulled up to his nipples - the epitomy of old fogeyness. Yecchhh!!!!

if the car can't be low, the curve of the roof and the height of the windows can IMPLY it is low...
Then again, they don't have colors for the interiors they have "atmospheres"...it's all marketing hooey. Havent seen one in person yet so am reserving judgement. I find it to be a STRAIGHT A6 meets A4 and I like the smoothness of the current S4 but admire the looks of the A6 so figure it COULD work but need to see it for myself.
