Shifter ?...
I'm looking at installing a short shifter on das wagon.
From what I've read the ToyGuy seems to be the shifter of choice. Thing is the owner of B&M close family friend and would give me the B&M shifter for FREE!!!
So what should I do, $100+ for a ToyGuy or $0 for the B&M?
BTW: I'm not really interested in having the B&M if its considered crap next to the ToyGuy. My biggest issue with the stock unit (aside from it sucking *** in general) is how difficult a 2-3 shift is while coming out of a right hand turn. I've missed that shift in the canyon a number of times and coming out of the bowl @ Streets of Willow nearly every lap.
So what to do?
