Surprising mileage report! 24.4 mpg on freeway at higher speeds
I recently took a longish road trip (several hours) and was driving at "higher" speeds. I was also passing a lot of slow ***** (so a good amount of accelerating). Surprisingly, my average mpg (which I reset at the beginning of the trip) came out to 24.4 mpg!

I got up to 28 avg (and still going up) on a highway-only trip....
Before I got back into the city and then it went right back down again. Oh well.
My goal is to break 400 miles on a single tank one day. I figure I can do it, no problem, as long as the trip is 100% highway.
