Default Wheel balance ques: If the wheel & tire have been balanced, and then the tire is moved around so

that it's no longer where it used to be when it was balanced, will this affect the overall balance of the wheel / tire?

I've asked this before and one person said yes, so I'd just like some more opinions.

Sorry if this is a dumb ques.

TIA.

Yes. That is a big part of balancing. Low spot of the rim with high spot of the tire, etc.

Default moved as in unmounted/remounted on the same wheel? or moved to another corner of the car?

the former, yes it affects it, get it rebalanced.

the latter? nope, no problem.
