Huh? Oil changes should be covered under the 4yr/50k service plan (Audi Advantage).
You're coming up on 40K and haven't had the dealer do an oil change yet?

Small point, but not really the warranty...the "Audi Advantage" should cover it though.
IIRC 4yr 40k miles on the '00s, and 4yr 50k miles on the '01 and newer.

Interesting. When I was in for service at 35K my dealer said No.
I had to pay for the oil change and oil. How often can you have it serviced? can you get it done every 6K and they pay for it? Sorry if I sound surprised, it's because I am....

They are supposed to provide oil change at every 10K service.
I buy the Mobil 1 myself and they install it. Otherwise they'll use whatever they have in bulk.
They also provide free wipers and washer fluid.

Ah. Only regularly scheduled maintenance is covered.
In accordance with Audi's service intervals. Which is oil changes at 10k intervals.

Did you buy the car new? If so, everything except gas and tires (due to wear) should be "free".
"Free" meaning no out-of-pocket cost to you for the maintenance schedule that they set. For example, oil changes are done ever 10K according to the plan, but I do the in between 5K changes myself.
