I have a Q% model 2012 and only driven 68,000 KM. I first took it for a general check back in September 2017 and now its my 3rd visit to the Grage just after I take it out within few weeks I get a message that something is worng I paid arount 6,000 USD to fix it so far and in my 3rd vist that asked me to 2,000 USD to fix a gearbox malfunction !!!! I need to make an official complaint to headquarters as the level of serivce of our local dealer is TERRIBLE and all they do is ruin your car so that you come back again and fix!! You will always want to write to the company that owns the Kuwait franchise.
