2014 Audi S6
I just ordered from a build sheet a 2014 S6 which will be in production end of July ..... was curious if anyone knew if there are any change in design cues in or out. The only thing that I'm aware of is they eliminated the Stop /Start feature that no one like from the start.... Its been replaced by a energy recuperation system without Stop/start. which recovers 3% fuel savings through transferring brake energy to a storage which it uses in acceleration and relieves alternator strain.

The Stop/Start feature was never a feature of the S6. The energy recuperation system, which is standard on all C7 Audis (and likely all other current models) does not store energy in a form that can be recovered to actually move or accelerate the vehicle. What it does is increase the voltage to the alternator during deceleration, which allows vehicle momentum to to recharge the battery when active. I doubt it saves 3%, but every little bit helps.
