B&O Tweeters retrofit
I noticed that the cut out for my Bose tweeters are of similar shape to B&O's.
Just wondering, is it possible to retrofit just the B&O pop-up tweeter into my existing Bose system ?
I wonder if the control module is already there ...

Here's the link to the OEM B&O front tweeters. $984 each or $1,968 per pair.

If you are going to fake, fake in style and suggest replacing the Bose speaker grille with OEM B&O grille set. $1,099 per set.

We can get the sets locally for USD800 a pair !
No speaker grilles ! ... not looking to "fake" the sound system ... just want to improve the sound quality with upright facing tweeters.
I'm wonder if it will be a simple plug and play ! Any ideas ?

The dashboard might be different due to the recesses of the B&O tweeters. Then there's installation and coding. Finally, there could be impedance matching issues with the balance of the audio system. Not exactly "plug and play".

Local supplier will bring in one set and try out ... will update how the install goes ...
here's a pic of my current tweeter dash, looks the same as B&O's kidney shape ?

Man you live in S'pore? Wow the S6 there costs a fortune. Let me guess. US$200K, or US$250K?
S'pore is so small there is no road to go around except crossing the strait. And can you speed there? Must be heavy fines. Hopefully there is no caning penalty for that.

No choice, us men need our toys !
SG roads are well maintained. Plenty of roads to go around. Certain parts you can speed etc.
Across the straits (30 mins drive) is Malaysia (another country) ... where anything goes ! hahaha ... most SG supercars let loose in Malaysia ...
