I thought top view wasn't possible on an A7/S7 due to the placement of the side mirrors relative to the flared-out wide body on the part of the car? The explanation given to me was that placement of a camera on the mirror housing becomes obscured on the A7/S7 body compared to the an A6/S6 and A8/S8, and that's why A7/S7 only have "corner view" while the others get top view.

Whoa. We have some funky info going on here. We might not have 2014 pricing but we DO have 2014 spec sheets and I just built one. Carbon/LED etc are all OPTIONS not standard. I think your sales man has his head up his ***.
What IS standard this year is the pre sense and lane departure options from 2013.
Carbon/ LED etc are options.
Audi Exclusive has been and is available on the A7/S7- it's a C segment car, it was never taken away.

jherbert- I hear you. It's not easy. My two recommendations - 1. Go in and set at there desk - it's the best way. The next idea is if they are younger crowd, I did a LOT on my S7 simply texting with them. Great to give a quick answer on a question with out picking up the phone etc. just a thought.
