Lag fixed
After a lot of research I've found the fix to the lag found in the S6/S7. I did have my car's mechatronics (however it's spelt) unit replaced and all the updates for the TCU were done. The lag was still there but not as much, so sent the car back and got another TSB done to the ECU and the number was 2039267/1. Finally the rough, jerky, and hesitant acceleration has been 95% fixed. I highly recommend you go into your dealer and get the required TSBs done for the TCU and ECU and complain about roughness when shifting and about lag/hesitation occurring when accelerating from a stop. Here's a picture of the work order for my car.
