Default New S7 in Quartz Grey

Hi guys,
I just picked up my 2013 yesterday - options include technology package, LED headlights and comfort seats.
My previous car was a 2005 A8 (SWB) and while it was no slouch, the additional power of the S7 is absolutely
amazing. The comfort seats are probably the best option that I picked - excellent support and adjustability
and definitely worth the extra cost. I'm posting some pictures - when ordering the car I had a hard time
visualizing the Quartz Grey b/c it shows very differently depending on ambient light conditions.

Congratulations. Beautiful car. I also have the comfort seats and agree completely with your comments. Looks like you got the 19" wheels. I did also, but ended up buying a 20" set and will use the 19's for snow tires. Again, congratulations!

I have been waiting for someone to post Quartz Gray S7 pics - I'm surprised how few S7s seem to have been ordered with that color. It looks great! I debated for over a month whether to get Quartz Gray or pay up for the Daytona Gray as a special order, which I ended up doing. I'm sure I'll be happy with DG, but seeing your QG makes me recognize that I would have been just as happy with it, too! I especially like how the gray part of the front grill matches the QG paint color fairly closely, making it appear more integrated.

Feel free to post more pics! Enjoy!

I absolutely love the Daytona Gray and was thinking about ordering it. Ultimately I decided that Quartz was good enough given the extra cost for the DG, but if it had been among the standard colors, it would have been my first choice!

Regarding the wheels - I've had some bad experience with potholes in the past and was worried about the twenties being more easily damaged, so I opted for the standard rims. After seeing them in person I'm actually quite happy with them.

Coming from an A8, the main features that made me go S7 vs. A7 were the V8, the air suspension and the comfort seats. Prior to the A8 I had an A6 with the the 2.7T engine and sports suspension, so regaining some sportiness was an added benefit.

Gorgeous color - of course I'm biased, as I'll be taking delivery of my Quartz Grey at the end of this month. I would also have considered Daytona Gray if it had been available as a standard color. I ordered the comfort seats, LEDs, cold weather package, black headliner, and 20" wheels.
