Red ringed start button question

Hi, we are looking at purchasing a 2013 S7 and noticed the cars start button is not ringed in red...anyone else see this?

Dealer says it didn't come till 2014 for the S7. Also, it was an October 2012 delivery so was probably an earlier model build date so maybe they did not as the red ring start button in early model builds.

Appreciate any insight from the group.

Thanks..I did see this but was just a bit surprised why our particular 2013 did not have it already. Maybe it has already been replaced and was replaced with the A7 version, or it just came this way from the factory.

We did end up purchasing it and should be taking delivery later this week after the windows are tinted.
