S7 Order Placed / Delivery when?
Hi all,
I've placed an order for an S7 just this week. (I changed from S6 after quite a bit of consideration).
Anyhow, I asked the dealer to let me know when they thought I should expect delivery. They thought March would be a decent estimate for now (but also said there was a fair chance it would be before then).
I thought I'd ask to see if that sounds about right from what you all know. Also, what is the next piece of information I should be requesting to ensure everything is going as planned? VIN? Order #? And how much time should I wait before reasonably expecting to get this info?

FYI: My order = glacier white/black sports seats, innovation/b&o/rear side airbags/20" wheels/cold weather/carbon inlays/black cloth headliner.

I just ordered a very similar car as yours and delivery was estimated as December. Hope that is accurate!

I'm in the same position as you! Ordered an S7 last week after a long deliberation vs. The S6. ETA is March (which I actually prefer).

I ordered mine on June 11 and got a Comm Number a couple of days later. Expected delivery date has changed over time from as early as November 14 to the latest, as of today, of December 28. Six plus months from order.

Dealer confirmed order is in the system. He didn't give me a comm number (but I didn't ask for it either). He said we should have an eta in 45-60 days. Like any good sales person, I believe he has built in a lot of room to surprise me on the early side.
