Rear Seat Center Console Controls Cover
Was wondering if this is anything someone has made and is available to buy or if anyone has ever seen. I have two small kids and would like something that fits over the controls area and down the sides, covering the wood grain area and lining the leather.

Seriously though, I don't think anyone makes such a thing. You may have to get creative. A bit of thick fabric with velcro sewn into it may work to wrap around it.

Just fold up the control console when the youngsters are present, down for adults. Otherwise, one of the numerous pet furniture covers could work.

My vehicle is a 2016 with the trunk pass through and it came with a cover that is also utilized as a barrier between the back seat and trunk when the rear console is in the extended position. It unsnaps from the stowed position when needed to cover the console switches.

Well we are looking to trade up for the executive rear seating. I know it might not be the smartest idea with small kids, but I can not pass up on rear seat entertainment. But it does not fold up on that, it the built in center console, not the one in the picture. Was just hoping there was a solid cover for it to protect it.

Even with the four person seating, fabric still has my vote. Anchoring it would require some thought, though. Maybe some kind of weight sewn in the corners and cut to drape just right over the console. A little fiddling and trial and error may be required. I'd have to be in front of one to figure out a proper way. I worry about kids in the back of my cars, so I have the smaller ones take their shoes off and no food or drink of any kind allowed. Also a couple towels or rags in case of surprises.

Yeah I'll have to look into some heavy material, also might mock something up to match the wood also. But yeah with the kids I worry they will be rough with the controls just because they are there. But I do appreciate the insight!

Way too low a volume car and then seat option for any custom stuff like that.
Having had the 4 seater in the D3 W12, when I needed added interior protection it was the lowly...beach towel. Growing up, standard issue in drafty cars of yore used to be a blanket floating around back somewhere.
