Fixing oil in spark plug and other engine oil leaks on the 3.2
With all four bolts slightly inserted in their threads, I could gently remove the tape from the top bolts and install them by hand, one at the time.
With the two bolts on top secured, I could then remove the tape + the two bolts at the bottom. Careful not to drop them behind the engine.
Next I used the head of the telescoping magnetic pen to install all other 6 bolts, first with the magnet then by hand.
Caution! For all 8 bolts, I installed only the first few threads until I couldn't turn them by hand. I did not secure them yet with the torque wrench.
At this point, the cover was already sealed onto the cylinder head. I gave it about an hour to "pre-cure".
Caution! Do not forget to place the cable tie holders to their respective places.
Caution! I torqued the bolts in a circular motion, from bottom to top then to bottom, counter-clockwise.

On the passenger's side, it's easy. I used the magnetic pen head to help install the single plug holder T-30 bolt then I torqued it to about 9 Nm.
Then I connected the plug.
