From my Laverda motorcycle..which I've had since the 1970's
Wheel spokes were originally zinc plated..and I had to replace the rear spokes about 15 years ago, they looked tired (just bare steel with no zinc, don't know why the zinc came off)..front wheel spokes are still just fine. ..rusty spokes.
CR..yes an inline DOHC 3 cylinder engine with 180* crankshaft..the center piston is at BTD when the outside pistons are at TDC..a natural balance shaft with no balance shaft. Great sound from the engine too.
Same machine I used in club racing back in the 70's..totally insane on my part.

When you are there, you really do not see many gringos around at all. But lots of people have been there!
Merida! My wife and I will be visiting that place when we do our next road trip in the Yucatan. We really enjoyed our last road trip. Took a rental car from Cancun and traveled through PDC, Tulum, Chetumal, up to the Calakmul area to sightsee and visit the major Mayan ruins. Then, spent a week chilling in Xcalak and Mahahual. I enjoyed the highway driving where most drivers (private or commercial) still practice common road courtesy.

that's just awesome, you should do a video on how that motor sounds. And i bet that bike is a blast to ride, take good care of her and ride safe
