car almost out of warranty, brakes at 25%, will dealer replace under warranty?

It's a 2006 model with a couple thousand miles left of factory warranty.

There are always ways to wear down the brake pads intentionally.

Brake pads are a wear part, not covered by warranty, especially if you're reaching 50K miles.

2k5MY owners are entitled to one swap under warranty.

My brake pads were gone at 11k miles, and dealer did NOT replace under warranty
