Rough idle right after start?

Rough idle right after start?
I don't know if it's because it's summer and the compressor is kicking on immediately too, but I'm noticing my Audi is a little rough when it first starts, almost like a cylinder isn't firing. It's even more pronounced if I try to kick it into gear right after starting. It doesn't always happen, and even when it does it always clears up within 5-6 seconds of starting. Anyone seen this? My vehicle only has about 1300 miles on it, 800 of which are mine (Certified Pre-Owned 2017 A4 Premium Plus).

FWIW, this was pretty normal on the B8. I don't have a B9 yet but I'm assuming it's similar. Sounds like a john deere tractor for a few seconds and revs a little higher than normal idle then settles down.

BTW, I always let my engine run for about 5 to 10 seconds before I put it in gear and drive it to make sure the oil has reached every place it needs to.

I have also noticed the rough bounce right when I start the car.
Has anyone taken their car to the dealer or asked them about it? I'm sure it's not a big deal, but if we all are having the same issue maybe it is worth looking into?

I'm bringing the car in for an unrelated issue on Tuesday and when I was setting up the appt I mentioned this issue to the service manager. He said there's a nearly 100% chance that because it only happens after a cold start the oil pump hasn't gotten oil to all of the engine components yet. It makes sense, and I'm ok with that if it's not harmful to the engine, but I'm forced to wonder why I haven't seen this with any other vehicles.

I brought my Q4 in last week for that to be checked and I am not sure if a minor adjustment was made - going to double check the paperwork, but in essence they said it was normal for the 4 cylinder cars to do that. That has not been my experience.
As others have mentioned, this is noticeable when starting up, particularly when turning on the AC. It does smooth out shortly after startup - but I really brought it in because at idle, long after the car is warmed up this this car is not as smooth as my other cars as I remember, certainly not my 2014 Q5. When stopped - at idle with my Q5, you wouldn't even know that engine was still on, it was that smooth. Not that the A4 engine is rough or loud at idle, but certainly a little unsettling.

This seems to be an unpleasant characteristic of the 2.0T; my 2011 A4 has had frequent misfires and a lumpy idle following a cold start since it was new. I wait for the RPM to drop from 1200 to 800 before driving, at which point the idle becomes smoother.
