Transmission problem
Hi!
I live in Albania and I own an Audi A6 2.8 5v QUATTRO (USA Version.)
Lately I had some problems with the automatic transmission. The car shakes when it starts to move but than is ok. When is on a hill or when it goes over 60 mph the transmission goes on emergency mode. I changed the transmission with anothen one (second hand part, used) with its packet. My packet is 4 BO 927156 AK. The other packet is 4 BO 927156 D . Now its not ok again and the transmission stays on emergency mode directly and doesn't allow me to code it with TEXA. Please if you can help me what transmission it fits my car without problems. My VIN number is WAUEH64B81N003923

I'm not being very helpful, but I am trying ...
Hello, I specialize in the transmission for the 4.2V8 models, which is the ZF 5HP-24A. So, we know that you don't have that particular model. Unfortunately, this also means I can't be very helpful.
As far as I know, you have the ZF 5HP-19FLA. I looked this up here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZF_5HP...ssion#5HP19FLA
I suspect that your transmission has an ID plate like this ...
Transmission ID plate
it might just say "5HP19" but that is the core of the transmission. You would mentally add the "FLA" to get to "5HP19FLA."
If this is the sort of transmission you have, this link might be helpful ...
https://www.trnw.net/z-search/ZF5HP19.php
English has many strange synonyms, so in case this helps you: what you refer to as a "packet" some people would refer to as a "transmission control module" or "transmission control computer" or they might abbreviate it as TCM or TCC.
It was a good idea to provide the VIN and the part numbers.
I wish you success.
