Default Vehicle Control Services

Hi guys.

So I wanna use MMI Connect app on my smartphone to
control my car... like locking/unlocking the doors etc.
I got stuck at "Specifying Primary User"
On page 244 in the manual it says:
Menu>Audi Connect>Display Available Functions>Audi Connect User Management>Primary User>Set Primary User.

The problem is that I don't see the "Display Available Functions" at all...

What am I doing wrong ?

Were you successful at completing all of these steps?

I don't see "Display Available Functions" anywhere on the screen in the car...

My version of the manual says "if necessary," so have you tried the next step "right control button"?

But is it possible that I don't have Vehicle Control Services in my car ?
Cause in the manual it's also stated with smaller font:
"Applies to: vehicles with Audi connect vehicle control services"
???

i try to solve this problem and i read to another forum this option it is available only for cars who have emergency call option because „vehicle control services” need a secure connection with audi server (sorry for my english)

I was able to activate this service but I needed my dealer to validate my contract number on their end. (this is for the US).

Have you run the whole drill that includes a screen like this? If not try https://www.audiusa.com/myaudi#/ and jump through the hoops.
