2nd New 2018 Q5 - First one failed
We just received our 2nd 2018 Q5 Premium Plus. One week ago we traded my daughter's 12 A6 Prestige for the Q5 only to have failure in the Pre Sense and Side Assist systems one our after taking delivery. That car is still in the service department in pieces with no clue of what is wrong. The dealer stepped up and gave us another identically equipped car so as of today we are good.
One thing that is interesting, minor as it may be, the second car does not have a subwoofer control. Both cars have the B&O systems and are identically equipped. Strange to have this feature missing on the second car. Also the replacement car came with Michelin tires (20") while the first had Pirellis (20" also). I feel the Mich are a bonus.
This is our 10th Audi. Wife drives a 2017 Q7 Prestige w/black optic package, adaptive suspension, 4-wheel steering. Still a fan but as cars get more advanced technology, they seem to go backwards in a lot of areas (like the fake bumper exhaust on the Q5 and the system failures in the first car).
All in all, my daughter is happy. She will be taking this to college when she starts in the fall. Shouldn't have to end this with "fingers crossed that this car is ok" but ...........

I was under the impression that the B&O system does not offer a subwoofer level control. I know mine does not, but then it's a bit older and things might have changed.
