Hey guys, just installed 12" mufflers on my 2005 A6....outside the car sounds good....inside it sounds like it is missing when I accelerate. I know it isnt, just sounds like it....wth? Do I need to have it tuned now, ECM work?

That is the result of a louder than usual exhaust. If there were a misfire issue, the CEL would flash incessantly. But... there may be an exhaust leak at one of the joints. That may account for an odd sound that you can't hear outside the car, only in the quieter inside. Stuff a rag in each tailpipe and listen underneath. Note: the problem may only show up during acceleration because the driveline, including the exhaust flexes.
