Sounds like it will be great.. Congrats! I have black interior & black headliner & grey oak wood and love it!
One thing to consider. 21" wheels cannot give you "runflat" tires, and there is no spare tire. While this is not a reason to continue.. it is not apparent at first. There have been several discussions on 21" wheels on this forum. Living in SoCal, you there is less of a problem with changing tires as there is in places with "real" weather.

Going to pick up the Audi Space Saver Spare to toss in back for long trips. So glad the 21's are not Run Flats !!

I have Edge Paint Protection Film and you won't notice it because it's totally transparent and protect your edge well.

Can you get one of these for the 20 inch tires? And are these available in USA?

The Q7 in the USA does not come with a spare tire. Instead it comes with liquid leak stop, and an air pump... if you have 20" or less, then you can also get run-flat tires, but runflats are just not available from any tire manufacturer in those two wheel sizes. ALSO, there is no place to store a spare/contact spare in the back of the Q7 if you have the Bose radio that fills the back end.
Personally, I am trying to figure out if/why i need to carry around the weight of a car jack if there is no wheel to change. Currently the jack is in my garage.
